A withered slayer with a ravenous desire to one day witness the ultimate defeat of all demon-kin. Whilst once a Nightborne of little renown, the vain hubris of his Duskwatch duty garnered him notoriety among the poorest, and apathy amid the affluent. Long lived, Vrayth had managed to establish a robust lifestyle with his betrothed, a childless family of two that held strong for millennia. As carnage devastated the streets of Suramar, his beloved, exposed as an agent of the dusk lily, was imprisoned to feed the legion's soul engines. A death sentence which Vrayth foolishly attempted to thwart. But it was first when the scarred and bleeding Arcblade knelt to embrace the lifeless carcass of his late wife, that a unit of nearby battle-worn Illidari took notice of the mourning Nightborne. The demonic presence now revels in its perversion; with silver skin adorn by dusky scales, and the violet gleam of the chaotic markings. Vrayth had held no hesitation, and was willing to sacrifice all that remained.

Nyxareth, the Archvile of Tragedy

"I can still hear that delicate whimper, as my severing edge came to rest by her neck. The Eredar was lost, for all of her power and grandiosity, she was purposeless and abandoned. To think how far I myself have fallen in her desecration, the reckless pursuit in which even my sinful thoughts cannot defy the truth of my obsession."

Shosun

"I can hardly fathom that my path crossed with the Monks of the Shado-pan Monastery. While I once abhorred the Pandaren and his vexingly harmonious paradoxes, it allowed me to witness the truth of his mettle, his loyalty. And where I would've once rejected such a notion… dare I say, his camaraderie."

Leonta

"The Death Knight was quite an estrange ally, yet even I must admit that her sullied stature is not without plight. To think us both outcasts? the astute will recognize that she who is Forsaken not once, but twice, was never given a choice in her dark path.
Hm, at least she has proven herself dutiful, and delightfully deadly."

Ynessa, the Scarseeker

"The Scarseeker, menace of the Black Temple, she is both revered and feared among my Illidari kindred. Her mastery of pain is exceptional, a maiden malice made manifest. Truthfully I myself find it difficult to decline her advances. Hm, how could I when her wickedness rivals my own? Till the end, my chosen sister she shall be."

Terrorblade

"My impeccable articulation finds it difficult to describe Terrorblade, my brother. Truthfully, there is only few Illidari that I regard higher than my own stature, and he is one of them. His adroitness is inspirational, as is his sobriety in all conflicts that haunts our coterie. When the last demon falls, I daresay even my warglaive will strike astray."

Artiemisia Nightwalker

"I realize now that there is so much more to the tormented Monk, than the youthful innocence that keeps her demons at bay. The others among our coterie often disregard her bright moments of brilliance, a shame then that even she wasn't spared my callousness. Our hunt may be paved by suffering and casualties, but never regret."

Elisandra Starverse

"The mother crone of the Veiled Glaive. I cannot deny that the grotesque, misshapen vicissitude that wrought her, fascinates me. It is a cruel irony, for behind her highborne hubris lies in wait a heart of gold. Her greatest failure isn't her hideous deceit, but the lack of its recognization: that we her brethren, witness her as the matron she truly is."

Violet

"Rare is it that I witness a soul so burdened, and so adrift. Vi is split apart, shrouded by the ashes of the phoenix and the shackles that anchor her. I refuse to be blinded by that draconian radiance. Her power is vast, quelled as they are, for when their lives lingered in the palm of her hands, and she alone could save them... Hm, well, she herself said it the best: She didn't.It pleases me to break her chains."

Sulfar Nightfall

"An elder Demon Hunter yet scarcely Illidari. I will not applaud his clever blasphemy, even when most speak of him with great reverence. No... my brief dalliance with him and his coterie has allowed me to witness the Highborne for so much more, than he would otherwise dare unveil. A broken man, with an unbreakable will.I once questioned his fellowship, but now I recognize that they need him, as much as he needs them."

Sylvari Windsong

"Raspberries... Those bloody raspberries. I found myself lost in a haze of obscure moral relativism, where even time ceased to exist. To walk unbound, twinned well beyond the dream alone. How could someone so excruciatingly capable devour herself so recklessly? Her tale is tragic and ill-conceived, I must rewrite it."

Revriine

"Never have I seen a woman spread such infectious joy, regardless of adversity. Hm, I cannot help but admit that witnessing the flames of her courageous heart, bore with it an estrange sublime sensation. I insist it is nothing, yet the Archvile suggests otherwise.Their kinship is kindling, and by no little naivete."
